What to Expect Small Groups

Typically 6–10 participants to maintain intimacy and safety. Professional Facilitation – A licensed therapist guides the discussion and ensures a respectful, supportive atmosphere. Confidentiality – What is shared in the group stays in the group. Interactive Sessions – Each session may include open discussion, structured activities, or skills-based learning.

Our Current Groups

Anxiety Group Therapy - starts October 6th and runs until December 22nd on Monday’s via Zoom from 7:00 pm-8:30pm

Mindfulness Group Therapy - starts October 7th and runs until December 23rd on Tuesday’s via Zoom from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm
